I’m the brand refinement specialist behind Clinic Crafted.

I work with allied health practices that have outgrown their brand and systems. My team and I work on refining digital infrastructure so it reflects the professionalism of the work being done. My background is grounded in women’s health and allied health environments, with a strong focus on how systems, communication, and brand decisions play out in real clinical settings.

I built and sold a women’s health app in the endometriosis space, and that experience continues to shape how I think about structure, clarity, and functionality. How We Work

Clinic Crafted is the allied health focused branch of my broader design and systems practice. This is how we could work together, how communication flows, and what you can expect throughout the refinement process.


What Clinic Crafted is

Clinic Crafted focuses on brand and design systems refinement for allied health practices at a growth stage.

The work goes beyond visual design. It involves aligning brand expression, digital infrastructure, and communication pathways with the current stage of your practice.

Clinic Crafted draws on many years of experience operating in the design and digital systems space, including my full service design agency Social Bureau, which works with larger ecommerce brands and complex digital ecosystems.

Clinic Crafted exists specifically to meet the structural, regulatory, and communication needs of allied health businesses.


How we communicate

Communication is clear, considered, and primarily asynchronous to respect clinical schedules.

You can expect:

  • Loom videos for walkthroughs, decisions, and feedback. These are used every few weeks or whenever context is best communicated visually or verbally.

  • Voice notes via Instagram DMs for quick clarifications or ongoing conversation. This keeps conversation flowing and also allows for easy direct communication.

  • Written summaries where helpful to anchor decisions and next steps.

This approach allows you to absorb information in your own time and reduces unnecessary meetings.

If something requires real time discussion, we will schedule it intentionally.


What the process looks like

Each Clinic Crafted engagement follows a clear arc, while remaining responsive to what your practice actually needs.

You can expect:

  • An initial alignment phase where scope, priorities, and timing are confirmed.

  • A refinement phase focused on brand, website, and system decisions.

  • Iterative development supported by video based communication.

  • A considered completion phase that ensures everything is integrated and usable.

The work typically runs over six to eight weeks, depending on the scope of refinement and the variables within your brand and systems.

This is not rushed work. It is structured to minimise disruption to your clinical workload.


Investment

Clinic Crafted engagements start at $6,900.00 AUD.

Payment options are available across two or four monthly instalments. Instalment pricing may vary slightly due to transaction processing fees.

All investment details are confirmed before work begins so there is clarity on both sides.

There are no surprise costs introduced mid process (agencies who do this are awful!).


Transparency and trust

You are welcome to speak with previous Clinic Crafted clients if that would support your decision making.
